Cowboys and Indians Magazine has called him “The Charlie Russell of Western Music.”  Western Horseman Magazine  has declared his “Vaquero Song” to be one of the greatest Western songs of all time.  In 2010 , 2011, 2013 and 2014, True West Magazine  named  him “Best Living Western Solo Musician”  He has been voted 6 times “Entertainer of the Year”,  6 times “Male Performer of the Year” and 5 times “Songwriter of the Year”  by the Western Music Association, and received the “Will Rogers Award”  from the Academy of Western Artists.  Dave’s music and stories will tug at your heart or have you laughing out loud!  His shows are family friendly and he’s delighted audiences in twenty five states, and finds that he prefers this to being stomped by angry horses!

What folks are saying:

Baxter Black says: “It doesn’t matter if you are a cowboy, a grape growing, car sales man, politician, electrician or an English major at Stanford, Davey will touch your heart through laughter and song”.

"Dave Stamey is one of the best Western songwriters alive today. His melodies blend perfectly with his lyrics to the point where you can almost feel the wind against your face and smell the soft scent of the sage. He never fails to engage his audience and take them on a rewarding journey through the panorama of the West.” --Mike Fleming, Director, Santa Clarita, CA Cowboy Festival

“ If you haven’t discovered him yet, it’s time you broadened your horizons…” --Cowboy Magazine

“His Music is gorgeous, often funny, and his performance is flawless…” --Bonsall Village News

A Course in Miracles: What You Need to Know A Course in Miracles is a spiritual teaching that has inspired millions, but many followers are frustrated by its complexity.

Thousands of study groups meet weekly, but A Course was never intended to be an intellectual pursuit. After just one evening you will have the tools to bring A Course into your life and find the peace of God that it promises.

About Dr. Davis

I was put on this earth to be a teacher, and a good teacher is curious.  I have done hundreds of workshops and lectures over the years. My goal is to share my explorations with you, of which there are many. I am a lawyer, Professor, Ordained Minister in New Thought Christianity, and a Spiritual Healer and creator of Permanent Healing. I hold a Master's Degree in Consciousness Theory and a Doctor of Divinity Degree in Biblical Interpretation and I am President of "Course Corrections Project" dedicated to providing A Course in Miracles to very person incarcerated in the United States. But mostly I am normal and love an edgy sense of humor.
